Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, as our baked goods are made to order to ensure the freshest quality. Please ensure that your order is correct before finalizing your purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Upon Delivery: As most of our items our hand delivered you will sign upon delivery as to confirm everything visual is to your liking. In the case we miss you upon delivery OR other circumstance please see below!

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with photos of the damaged goods. We will offer a full refund or replacement depending on the situation.

  • Quality Concerns: If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your order, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be offered if we determine that the product is faulty.

  • Non-Refundable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for items that are simply unwanted or mistakenly ordered.

3. Return Policy

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any baked goods once they have been delivered or picked up.

4. Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. If you would like to request an exchange, please get in touch with us within 48 hours.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • If you qualify for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
