As a home bakery operating under the Colorado Cottage Food Law, all of our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection by the Colorado Department of Health. We comply with all relevant laws regarding the preparation, labeling, and sale of our products. Our products are prepared with care and attention to quality but may not be subject to the same regulations as those from a licensed commercial facility.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including ingredients and allergens. However, due to the nature of home-based baking, there may be slight variations in ingredients or appearance. By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase the specified products. Payments are processed securely through Square, On this website or directly upon delivery. Orders are confirmed once online payment or order form is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially if an issue arises related to product availability or payment.
4. Custom Orders
We offer custom orders for special events, such as birthdays, weddings, and other occasions. Custom orders are subject to additional terms and may require a deposit. All custom orders must be confirmed and paid for in advance. Please note that we require a minimum of 14 days for custom order requests.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Due to local cottage food laws, we are unable to ship our products outside of the Colorado where we operate. All products are available for local delivery or pickup only, unless otherwise specified. Delivery fees may apply based on location. Customers will be notified of delivery options during checkout.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within [48] hours of receipt. Refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment processed.
